Ms. Ifeoma Malo

CEO Cleantech Hub

Ms. Ifeoma Malo is the CoFounder and Chief Executive Officer of Clean Technology Hub (CTH), based in Abuja, Nigeria. In her role, she leads strategy, operations, innovation and incubation for the Hub, which supports clean energy access, sustainability, climate tech entrepreneurship and policy work across Africa. Before starting CTH, Ms. Ifeoma worked in policy, energy access and government advisory roles. She was Country Director for Power for All in Nigeria, where she drove decentralized renewable energy deployment and community development programs. She also served as Senior Technical Adviser to the Nigerian Minister of Power, contributing to strategy for electricity access, regulatory reform and energy policy development. Under her leadership, Clean Technology Hub has supported hundreds of clean energy start-ups, particularly women-led enterprises, and has incubated climate tech innovations. She has won several awards including the 2020 Power Industry Leader of the Year. Ms. Malo is also a fellow of multiple prestigious leadership programs (Desmond Tutu, Eisenhower, Acumen, Aspen), signaling her influence in both the clean energy and gender inclusion ecosystems.
